Our immigration advisers treat every application individually
and are registered with the OISC (Office of the Immigration
Services Commissioner) at level 1 competency. The OISC
is an independent government body set up to regulate immigration
advice and service providers, ensuring registered advisors
comply with strict rules and standards to safeguard the
interests of Clients and Candidates alike.
We are also members of the Immigration Law Practitioners
Association (ILPA), Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants
(JCWI) and the Association of Regulated Immigration Advisors
(ARIA) to ensure we are kept up to date with all new immigration
laws, changes, issues and requirements.
We ensure Client and Candidate confidentiality is maintained
at all times, only disclosing information in accordance
with our Integrated Company System and our Data Protection
notification with the Information Commissioners Office
(ICO)
